Haosheng Chemical's diesel additives include cetane improvers, anti-wear agents, pour point depressants, etc., to optimize diesel performance. Cetane improvers (isooctyl nitrate) enhance combustion efficiency, reduce cold-start noise, and lower emissions; anti-wear agents improve lubricity for low-sulfur diesel and protect fuel systems; pour point depressants enhance low-temperature flow by inhibiting wax crystal formation. Compliant with China VI standards, these products are suitable for refinery blending and fuel upgrading, with dosage rates of 0.1‰-2‰, significantly improving diesel quality and economic benefits.
Our oilfield chemicals include drilling fluid additives, polyacrylamide (PAM) for enhanced oil recovery, suitable for high-temperature, high-salinity reservoirs. PAM powder/emulsion improves crude recovery and reduces friction; corrosion inhibitors protect downhole equipment; defoamers control foam height in delayed coking processes. With temperature resistance up to 120°C and excellent salt tolerance, these products support tertiary recovery technologies, helping oilfield operators improve extraction efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.
Refining additives include FCC antifoulants, metal passivators, and sulfur transfer agents to address coking and corrosion. Antifoulants disperse catalyst fines, extending heat exchanger cycles; passivators (containing antimony/lanthanum) neutralize heavy metal toxicity to protect catalyst activity; sulfur transfer agents reduce gasoline sulfur by over 30%. Suitable for heavy oil processing with dosages of 50-300ppm, they can increase light oil yield by 2-5%, supporting refineries in achieving extended operation cycles and cleaner production.
For petrochemical wastewater, we offer PAM flocculants, corrosion inhibitors, etc. Cationic PAM achieves ≥80% COD removal in sludge dewatering; neutralizing corrosion inhibitors maintain sulfur-containing wastewater pH at 6.5-7.5 with ≥90% corrosion inhibition; iron sulfide cleaners passivate deposits to prevent spontaneous combustion during maintenance. Compliant with environmental standards, these products effectively reduce suspended solids and heavy metals in refinery and oilfield wastewater, ensuring compliant discharge.
